President Dave Boldt opened the meeting and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Bob Mange said a prayer.

May 18 is the District Conference.

 

Roberta Long thanked the club for all we do. She gave a memento to the club on page 22 of her book which has a photo of the club.

 

Marko Mlikotin bought the bar, but was not present for club.

 

John Messner thanked all who brought checks for the Rotary Foundation. He said if the club gets to 100 percent, he will buy the bar.
 

Dave Jackson received a Paul Harris +2.

 

Tricia made an announcement about Wine & Dine posters being available to put up in businesses.

 

Bob Flautt made an announcement about the Fireworks booth this year and to sign up for a slot…NOT any of Rachel’s slots…

The booth will be up from June 28 through July 4 in the Raley’s parking lot on Blue Ravine Road and Green Valley Road.

 

Rich Pipen and (I think…I can’t read my handwriting with this cast on) Bob Blackwell presented a check to the Folsom Lake High School Roteract Club.

 

Steve Sprague assessed fines.

 

Rich Rider acknowledged RYE and Vicki Warner for her many years doing it.

 

Lucia Pulgar was the evening’s speaker and she talked about her time visiting America and how awesome the food is!
