Meeting Notes from September 20, 2018
President Dave Boldt opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.   The club sang "My Country Tis of Thee" but it was noted that the group needs practice.  Bob Mange gave the invocation.
Secretary Jim Padgett introduced guests .  He went around the room to each table so each member could introduce his/her guest as this was a spouses night.
Al Stehli was in attendance with his daughter, Julie.  He had brain surgery two weeks ago so it was great to see him at the meeting.  Besides, he bought the bar; thanks Al.  The club sang the "Horse's Ass" song in honor of his return.
President Dave thanked the Community Service Day volunteers.
President Dave inducted Ray Henning into the club.  Bill Hutto is Ray's sponsor.  Attending the meeting with Ray were his wife Karla and daughter Ava.
Dan Nitz announced that a few spots for the Renaissance Faire were still open.  Justin Raithel announced that one spot was open for beer sales at Folsom Live on Saturday night.
Bob Flautt will be acting president for the next two meetings while President Dave is in Europe.
Joe Hoffman introduced Sherri Hoffman as our speaker.  Sheri's presentation was about estate planning, wills, trusts, and other important documents.
