Folsom Rotary Foundation: Community

Work projects like rebuilding two bridges within Folsom on the various trails is a Folsom Rotary Foundation Community Service project funded to the Rotary Club of Folsom can be seen on any given weekend within the community. Rotarians spend part of a weekend to repair what is needed on designated projects.

The Foundation supported the building of thirty three strategically located park benches built over a three year project along the beautiful bike trails within the Folsom Community by the Rotary Club of Folsom. Thousands of hours of work and over $30,000 was provided by the Foundation to complete this project.

Rotarians work a landscaping project within Folsom with funds provided by the Folsom Rotary Foundation.

Other projects funded by the Foundation and built by Rotarians within Folsom include painting directional signs and building retaining walls on the bike paths.

Participating and funding various projects annually during the Folsom Trails Day event is supported by the Foundation.
