Meet our District 5180 Governor for 2024-25, Steve Turner. A member of the Rotary Club of Arden-Arcade, Steve is a Retired Fire Battalion Chief from the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, where he served for 30 years. He has been a California Police Officer and On-Call Deputy Sheriff for 24 years. Steve owns an investigations and consulting firm focused on security and public safety issues.

Matthew is donor relations director for CASA Sacramento and will share the unique and positive impact of CASA Sacramento's work in the community.

Dispatchers with the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office will speak about processing a call from 911, the duties of a dispatcher, and when to call 911 versus non-emergency.

Joe is a dedicated Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Fair Oaks and a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel. He will talk about his involvement in the Vietnam War and the CIA's Secret War in Laos.

Brian Wallace, a creative force with a deep connection to the Folsom community, is the founder of Brian Wallace Art. He will speak about serving in the community, the arts, and his experience with writing and illustrating children's books.

Kelly Siefkin is the Chief Philanthropy Officer at the Sacramento Region Community Foundation, where she inspires charitable giving to strengthen the capital area. She will discuss how we can partner with the Foundation.

Karen and Jeannine will talk about a multi-club endeavor with Dictricts 5180 and 9210 which resulted in them traveling to Mozambique to deliver sewing machines and kits.
