The meeting was opened by President Ramesh Dontha at 7 pm. Chuck Thurman led the Pledge of Allegiance and Bob Mange gave the Invocation.
Secretary Jim Padgett thanked Anna for buying the bar. Anna bought the bar to keep the trend of buying the bar going and that she will introduce our speaker tonight.
President Ramesh thanked Matt Sundermier for organizing the trip to the River Cats game. He also thanked John Messner and the volunteers who worked on the fence project at Twin Lakes Food Bank. Three photos were added to the

Vicki Bencken reminded everyone of the Blood Drive hosted by the Folsom Lake Rotary on Wednesday, June 18 from 11 am to 2:30 pm.
President Ramesh encouraged members again to sign up for at least one shift selling fireworks. The club is NOT serving beer at the rodeo this year so there is no conflict with the fireworks booth.

Anna introduced our speaker, Bryan Whitemyer, Folsom City Manager. Bryan was appointed City Manager in January 2025 and assumed his position in March. With over 23 years of municipal government experience, including 14 years as a City Manager, Byran has successfully served large and small cities. Bryan talked about his career and issues facing Folsom including balancing the budget for the next fiscal year.
President Ramesh presented a box of chocolates including a chocolate Rotary Wheel from Snookâs to Bryan.
Al Stehli Moved to Vacaville June 1
On Sunday, June 1, Al moved to a board and care home in Vacaville so he could be near his daughter, Julie Bailey. John Messner, Paul Bonaventure, President Ramesh, Conni Thompson, and Chuck Thompson loaded furniture into the Rotary trailer and Chuck drove it to Vacaville.
