John Abernethy bought the bar as he and Deborah are first time grandparents to a granddaughter.
Andrew Jacobs spoke to the club about the Folsom Lake College Literacy Magazine project. If you are a poet, writer, artist, or photographer and would like to submit work for consideration, you can email it to flclitart@gmail.com. Andrew said they hope that 99% of contributions will come from local talent. If you would like to support the college with a donation to the project, go to literary magazine project.
The March 12 meeting will be a blast from the past with a 70's party. This is a spouses night. Music will be provided by our own Folsom Rotary Band.
John Messner announced that 80% of the club has contributed to the Rotary Foundation this Rotary year. He presented a Paul Harris +3 pin to Sue Barrett and a Paul Harris +7 pin to Doug Zezoff.
