If you missed Trivia Night at Folsom Rotary on November 19, you missed a fun time.  There were 14 participants on ZOOM with 19 people.  President Monika Reyes split us up into teams of 2 or 3 people and Colnn Miguelgorry read us 20 questions that he had come up with.  There was lots of laughter over the questions and, particularly, over the answers.  Thanks go out to Colnn for putting the meeting together.  If (when) he does it again, don't miss the fun!

 

President Monika opened the December 3 meeting at 7:05 pm with 20 participants.  She announced that we will have ZOOM meetings on December 10 and 17 with no meetings on December 24 and 31.

 

Our newest member, Greg Roeszler (Coach Roz) introduced himself.  He talked about what his organization, Playmakers,  is doing during COVID.

 

President Monika asked our members to support Powerhouse Ministries Christmas projects, Senior Gift Bags, and Christmas Around Town.

 

President Monika thanked those who came out for Adrian Blanco's 40th Birthday parade.

 

Folsom Police led the parade.  We met on Pine Grove Way and on Chelsea Court to decorate cars and start the parade.

President Monika announced that the Past President Nominating Committee nominated Ryan Jantzen to be President of the club for the Rotary year 2022/2023.  Nominations from the floor must be into Secretary Jim Padgett no later than our meeting on December 10.  The nominee must email Secretary Jim that he/she will accept the nomination if elected to serve as President.
