Meeting Notes from January 6, 2022
President Steve Brozosky opened the meeting at 7 pm by leading the Pledge of Allegiance. Bob Mange gave the Invocation.
Secretary Jim Padgett introduced guests.
Richelle Brooks announced that the dictionary labeling work party will be on Wednesday, September 12 at Granite School at 5:30 pm.
We received the donations from Subbanna Chenna totaling $15,000 for local projects and $97,000 for education projects in India.
President Steve thanked Christie Watrous and her committee for setting up the Holiday Party. Everyone had a great time.
President Steve announced that the 27th Annual Dave West Partnership for Tomorrow Leadership Conference will be on Tuesday, March 15 from 7:45 am to 3:00 pm at Lakeside Church.
The club meeting on February 10 will be Valentines Wine and Chocolate and Cheese Pairing. Members are encouraged to bring spouses and friends.
President Steve also reminded us that the Rotary District 5180 Conference will be at the Montbleu Hotel in South Lake Tahoe from April 29 to May 1. For more information on the conference, go to the District 5180 website at

Bob Flautt introduced our speaker, Charles W. Bamforth, Ph. D. His topic was "The Beauty of Beer". President Steve presented the Rotary chocolate from Snook's to Charles for his very informative and entertaining presentation.
Attendance at the meeting was really low and, if you were not at the meeting, you missed one of the best presentations of the year.
