Willow Springs Lookout Deck Now Complete
On Tuesday, August 4, a small group of Rotarians completed the railing at the Willow Springs Lookout deck.
Last week in the Bullegraph, I reported that the city provided the material which is not correct. The club provided $3,500 worth of material to this project.
A Rotary emblem was put on the top of the railing.
